Residence south of Francavilla Al Mare, in the green countryside of the Foro River valley, but just 3 minutes away from the Motorway A-14 exit (Pescara Sud/Francavilla). Beautifully positioned in the middle of the Abruzzo, the Green Region of Europe, close to the sea and with a good sight of the Appennini mountains. Very close to main services, to touristic attractions and to sport facilities.

HOW TO REACH US
From the motorway exit, turn LEFT and at the next round about take the first RIGHT (direction TOLLO/MIGLIANICO). After nearly 600 metres, turn LEFT on the “COMUNALE PRATO road (you will also find a huge MARMO ARREDO sign). At the first crossing, turn LEFT on the COMUNALE ORTONA-MIGLIANICO road (follow the MARMO ARREDO sign). Keep straight at the crossing following the signs. At the end of the downhill, turn LEFT at the second bridge on the left and follow the road to the end.
If you arrive from Pescara, along the CIRCOVALLAZIONE, after the second tunnel exit RIGHT towards the Motorway A-14, to reach the round about described earlier (direction Tollo/Miglianico).
For those arriving from the SS 263 “Val di Foro” (from the coast), just after the sign which marks the end of the city of Francavilla (10 m), turn RIGHT (the junction is right in the bent) on the COMUNALE TERRONZIO road. You will also find the MARMO ARREDO sign. At the crossing at the end of the downhill turn LEFT. After 50 metres, turn RIGHT at the second bridge, following the road to the end
